Shipping Policy

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ONLY

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, holidays, promotions, or unexpected delays.

Estimated delivery time within the USA is approximately 3 to 8 business days after the order has been processed.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time is different from shipping time.

Orders generally take 3 to 5 business days to be processed, checked, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

DELAYED DELIVERY

In rare cases, packages may take longer than the estimated delivery time due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, high-volume seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed.

Once a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you request to cancel your order while it is still being processed, a 15% transaction and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to request a cancellation.
